Cherie is one of Thailand’s most respected PR leaders in the beauty and lifestyle space. With over 23 years of experience—including 10 years at L’Oréal Thailand in luxury and corporate PR—she founded KOBFAH PR, a boutique agency known for driving powerful brand exposure online and offline. Cherie has led campaigns for YSL, LANCÔME, POP MART, NESPRESSO, CETAPHIL, SENKA, BIODERMA and more, blending classic media relations with modern KOL and influencer strategies. Her style is fearless, trend-savvy, and results-driven.

Formerly General Manager and later Chief Transformation Officer at L’Oréal Thailand, she managed 20++ luxury brands, led high-performing teams of 450+ people, and drove multimillion-dollar growth. With a rare blend of French-Thai perspective, global vision, and deep roots in retail, beauty, and luxury, Palmy turns business insights into bold marketing moves.

Our Origin Story

Plerng-Pra-Nang was born from the legacy of Kobfah PR—a name that, for over a decade, earned recognition for delivering standout public relations campaigns. Under the leadership of Cherie Kobfah, the agency built a strong reputation for creating impact across both traditional and digital media landscapes.

 

But as the media world evolved, so did the needs of brands. Today, it’s no longer just about media coverage—it’s about creating conversation, meaningful content, and engaged communities. Brands also face new challenges in defining their identity, purpose, and positioning in a crowded marketplace. That’s why we expanded our capabilities beyond PR to include brand consulting and strategy—helping clients build strong foundations before taking their message to the world.

 

This shift inspired us to evolve into Plerng-Pra-Nang: a digital-native agency with the same passion for storytelling, now amplified for the era of connection, clarity, and brand-led growth.
